Information you give us: your name, email address, organisation and message when you use the contact form or email us, and any details you provide when registering interest in a product.

Basic technical information: aggregated page views, referrers, approximate region, device type and error diagnostics used to keep the site working.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling. We do not use the content of your messages to train models.

OwnX products are designed so that your memory, documents, preferences, agents and workflows remain under your control — stored locally on your device or in an environment you choose. Where you route a request to a third-party model or cloud, that provider's own handling applies for the duration of that request.

To reply to your enquiry, to provide and improve our products, to keep our services secure, and to meet legal obligations.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site and communications (for example hosting and email), under contract and only as needed. We may disclose data where law requires it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to maintain a record of our correspondence, then deleted.

This site uses only cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for it to function and for basic, aggregated analytics. There are no advertising or third-party profiling cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site will continue to work.
