Terms
Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to the OwnX website and to the OwnX products and services described on it. By using this site you agree to them.
Last updated August 2026
1. Who we are
OwnX builds Scalable Private Intelligence: an architecture for personal AI spanning Earth Compute, OwnCloud, OwnAI, OwnOS and the Own 1 device. References to “OwnX”, “we” or “us” mean OwnX and its affiliated entities.
2. Use of this website
You may browse, read and share the content on this site for personal and business research. You may not scrape it at scale, misrepresent it as your own, use it to train competing systems without permission, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure.
3. Products, pre-orders and pricing
Product descriptions, specifications, launch dates, benchmark figures and pricing shown on this site are indicative and may change as products develop. A pre-order or registration of interest is not a binding contract of sale until we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, a separate product agreement is signed.
4. Benchmarks and performance claims
Benchmark figures are published with their evidence type and method on our benchmarks page. They describe results measured under stated conditions and are not a guarantee of performance in your environment.
5. Third-party services
OwnX interoperates with third-party clouds, model providers and hardware vendors. Their names and marks belong to them, and their own terms apply when you use their services through OwnX.
6. Intellectual property
The OwnX name, wordmark, product names, designs, copy, imagery and software are owned by OwnX or its licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their own licences.
7. Disclaimer and liability
This site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as our products and obligations evolve. The version published here is the current one, dated above.
